This role focuses on driving a successful transformation in Outbound Logistics as we transition from legacy systems to SAP’s latest version. You’ll collaborate across projects to ensure end-to-end business needs are met, lead requirements gathering, and support continuous improvement through data analysis and problem-solving. As part of Schneider Electric’s North America digital transformation team, you’ll bring an agile mindset and add value to Global Supply Chain.
- Manage transfer of SAP knowledge to Key Users, data owners, and local management team.
- Be the business representative for the program with understanding of current Logistics/Transportation processes and systems.
- Be accountable for Business Transformation, Solution decisions, Data accuracy, and Organizational Change Management.
- Be accountable for site readiness (planning, support, audit, training).
- Lead the Key Users & project team participation in solution testing.
- Create/Validate End to End Process Flows for manufacturing plants.
- Serve as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in resolving issues between legacy and future state ERP systems.
- Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops.
- Participate in End User Training.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs.
- Lead in the identification of Logistics/Transportation business requirements and development of the customer story backlog for SAP.
- Contribute to localization of project documentation (training materials, test scripts, etc).
- Hold the Key Users and Data Owners accountable for project deliverables.
- Capture feedback from users and identify “enhancements” of existing functionality.

- Change management and communication skills.

- Experience with shipping flows for Engineer-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, Make-to-Order, and Make-to-Stock.
- Leadership and management capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration, Engineering or related field is required.
- 3-5 years of work experience in logistics, shipping, and transportation
- Strong data analysis skills
- Knowledge of outbound shipping processes for manufacturing plants and distribution centers, including transportation activities such as load tendering, carrier selection, and route management.
- Willing to work outside the standard 8-5 schedule, across time zones, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by tight project deadlines.
- Skills in listening, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Ability to learn and work in new information technology systems
- System experience with SAP Transportation Management, Transportation Management Systems, Manhattan Warehouse Management System, and Global Trade Services.
