Track record in managing multi-disciplinary site teams and subcontractors
5+ years’ experience delivering complex building services or mission-critical infrastructure (preferably data centres).
Deep understanding of construction methodologies, staging, and sequencing
Demonstrated experience managing construction and commissioning of major MEP systems.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
8-10 years’ experience in construction leadership roles
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project conditions
