Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including general contractors, subcontractors, developers, mechanical contractors, manufacturing facilities, architects, and government agencies to generate bid opportunities and secure projects.
Be present at job sites during project initiation to provide clear direction to field crews.
Partner with the contracts team to guide new agreements through the internal approval process.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in cost estimating for scaffold or access projects.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally within a construction or industrial setting.
Education or experience in engineering, drafting, or construction estimating.
Background in the construction industry.
Direct field experience as a scaffold builder, foreman, or in a similar hands-on role.
Involvement in relevant regional construction industry associations.
Previous experience in sales of scaffolding, work access, or related industrial equipment, especially with service/labor components.
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
