- Contribute to target identification, strategic fit assessment, and business plan
- Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Assist in conducting commercial due diligence, market and competitive analysis,
- Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop proposals, client pitch materials, and
- Collaborate with senior leaders in client conversations and industry forums.
- Evaluate and report on the ongoing business performance of acquired organizations
- Support the development of M&A strategies for corporate and private equity clients
- Mentor junior team members in M&A strategy, due diligence, and integration
- Prepare clear, compelling presentations and reports for C-suite and board-level
- Contribute to knowledge creation through internal assets, accelerators, and white
- Partner with business development teams to identify new opportunities, support

- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills distilling
- Analytical Skills
- Extensive experience across the M&A lifecycle including market scans, target
- Private equity / venture capital exposure and experience supporting healthcare
- Exposure to digital health/health tech with an understanding of how emerging
