An established and highly regarded NYC-based building enclosure consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead some of the most visible façade and restoration projects in the city. The firm works at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and sustainability—specializing in the assessment, design, and repair of existing building envelope systems, from landmark restorations to modern high-performance façades.
- Communicate effectively across all levels—clients, consultants, contractors, and team members
- Strong familiarity with NYC code, FISP/Local Law 11 processes, and exterior building systems
- 5–8+ years of experience in façade restoration, envelope consulting, or related architectural/engineering work
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction—or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in field sketching, technical writing, and report production
- Valid driver’s license; scaffold and OSHA certifications are a bonus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or related software is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
