The Yardi Applications Analyst ensures enterprise systems effectively support business processes. This role bridges business needs and technology by configuring applications, building reports, and enabling super users. It drives adoption, accuracy, and efficiency across Wallick’s housing and senior‑living operations.
In this position you will provide Tier 2 support for Yardi Voyager and related platforms, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. You will align system configurations with affordable‑housing and senior‑living workflows, build and maintain reports, and develop training materials for super users. You will also manage change requests, support governance processes, and uphold security and regulatory standards.
We seek candidates with 2–5 years of application support or software analysis experience, preferably with Yardi Voyager, SQL Server, and SaaS integrations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to create documentation and deliver training are essential. Desired competencies include customer focus, technical aptitude, time management, adaptability, detail orientation, and collaboration.
The role is performed in an office environment with extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse, moderate noise levels, and occasional travel. Candidates must thrive in a fast‑paced, change‑oriented setting.
