We’re seeking a Lead BESS Engineer with a strong EPC background to drive the design, engineering, and execution of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and hybrid renewable projects.
✨ Strong understanding of constructability principles, design coordination, and multidisciplinary workflows
✨ Strong foundation in battery system and inverter design, control logic, and DC/DC converter operation
✨ Familiarity with hybrid renewable systems—Solar PV, Wind, and Battery Storage
✨ Hands-on mindset with excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and technical communication skills
✨ 8–12 years’ experience in engineering and execution of energy storage or renewable projects within an EPC environment
