HSE Manager

Description

• Develop, implement and maintain site-specific HSE programs, plans and risk assessments.
• Champion continuous improvement, environmental initiatives and ESG-related activities.
• Deliver HSE reporting, training and coaching to project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor the on-site HSE team, ensuring proactive preparation for upcoming works.
• Conduct audits, inspections and HSE reviews, providing expert advice and driving corrective actions.
• Manage incident investigations, reporting, root-cause analysis and close-out of actions.
• Lead site-wide HSE team and ensure compliance in line with regulatory, contractual and ISO-certified management systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years work left
• Proven leadership capability with experience managing HSE teams and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering or similar, with 8+ years in HSE management roles.
• Demonstrated success developing and implementing HSE programs on complex construction, mining, O&G, or heavy-industry projects.
• Skilled in incident management, HSE reporting, audits, and use of HSE management systems/software.
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation and construction/project environments.
