- Ensure compliance with UK legislation and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Lead the design and delivery of our health, safety, environmental, and quality strategy.
- Coach and empower managers to embed "safety-first" behaviours across all teams.
- Support and maintain FSC certification.
- Provide clear KPIs, data, and insights to the Board to inform decision-making.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement, sustainability, and cultural engagement.

- A track record of delivering transformational cultural and operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels.
- Deep understanding of UK H&S, environmental, and quality legislation.
- NEBOSH General Certificate and/or Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven SHEQ leadership experience, ideally within logistics or warehousing.
