

Delivers construction, civil engineering, property development, fit‑out, rail and FM services across UK & Ireland.
Provide user support across a varied range of HR Systems and data integrations.
Provide accurate and timely reporting and analytics from HR Systems.
Takes ownership of their role and can be relied upon to deliver consistently high quality work as part of a busy and well recognised team.
Deliver data activities for HR Systems, such as data loads and validation.
Inclusive and collaborative team player who builds strong relationships with others, demonstrating emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Prior experience of working with HR Systems for core business processes, such as recruitment, central HR, time management, compensation and benefits, payroll, learning, performance and development.
Hands-on with strong analytic skills and a high degree of integrity, particularly in data-driven activities.
Prior experience of reporting and analytics tooling, such as Power BI, advantageous.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
Prior experience of SAP SuccessFactors, WorkForce Software and/or other time management applications advantageous.
