Collaborate with experienced team members to troubleshoot and repair fire sprinkler system components, such as valves, pipes, and fittings, ensuring optimal functionality.
Learn and apply proper techniques to cut, thread, and fit pipes, ensuring precise alignment and secure connections for the fire sprinkler system.
Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
Work closely with the installation team to ensure timely completion of projects, providing support and assistance as required.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries during installation, maintenance, and repair activities.

Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in working with hand and power tools.
Reaching and performing work above shoulder level frequently and for long periods of time.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Bending and squatting frequently and for long periods of time.
Acquire knowledge of fire sprinkler system components, codes, regulations, and safety procedures.
Demonstrate a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with Foremen, Superintendents, Project Managers, Coworkers, Subcontractors, and Customers
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable working with a computer.
Ability to withstand occasional exposure to hot, cold, and/or inclement weather on job sites.
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy pipe daily (10-40 lbs frequently and 50-75 lbs occasionally).
Ability to wear PPE such as steel toe shoes, ear plugs, safety glass, safety harnesses, and hard hats occasionally on job sites.
Ability to walk and maneuver self around construction job sites and climb ladders occasionally.
