Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
Make an Impact: You’ll play a key role in projects that transform communities and serve industries nationwide.
Communicate clearly with team members and external partners to exchange accurate information
Coordinate permits and compliance with bond and insurance requirements
Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
Attend weekly owner and subcontractor meetings—take minutes and follow up on action items
Support document reviews, shop drawing approvals, and specification compliance
Assist with project closeout, punch list coordination, and warranty documentation
Build positive relationships with project stakeholders through professionalism and trust
Attend pre-construction meetings and support jobsite setup activities
Maintain project documentation using construction management software
Help manage the material delivery schedule and submittal approval timelines
Assist with schedule development and updating using MS Project
Act as a problem-solver alongside PMs, Superintendents, and Engineers
Help manage subcontractor bids, prequalifications, and scopes
Perform physical tasks such as standing, squatting, kneeling and driving
Participate in regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy
Navigate construction sites with rough terrain walking long distances
Communicate proactively with field teams, clients, and vendors
Support Superintendents in all phases—from pre-construction through closeout
