Providing engineering support for architectural clients particularly structural, mechanical, and electrical.
Developing regional architectural firms as Garver and Buildings Team clients.
Manage multiple assignments concurrently.
Managing projects and providing discipline specific design.
Develop and follow Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans.
Be responsible for continuing education and learning based on project needs, as well as the overall needs of the team.
Utilizing CAD and BIM design software to produce construction drawings.
Building and leading a multi-discipline engineering team that supports architectural clients.

Must have strong communication skills
7 to 15 years of building design and construction industry experience
Experience working directly for architectural clients and managing the engineering aspects of a building design project.
Proven experience overseeing designs, including detailed plans and specifications for building projects
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architectural engineering with a mechanical, focus from an ABET-accredited university of college.
Knowledge of engineering and sustainability principles.
Knowledge of building components and systems.
Experience in client relations and project pursuits.
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite
Experience with Autodesk Revit
Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
Technically competent in building system designs
