  • Work closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and assigned project team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and schedule for new initiatives
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Responsible to define and maintains regular operating rhythms with program teams, programs’ stakeholders and Senior Leadership
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

  • Own the fulfillment execution for the parts localized in the region
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
  • Ensure program priorities and solutions align with the organization's strategic direction
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Drive simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the region to achieve better operational performance and cost savings

  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain or business from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge and 4+ years of relevant experience with project and/or program management
  • Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving; ability to see the big picture
  • Be able to travel domestically and internationally to visit suppliers or Baker Hughes locations
