Weβre looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead project acquisition and client relationship initiatives for our Geotechnical, Civil, and Infrastructure Consulting Services.
π€ Engage directly with decision-makers and technical experts
β Proficiency with MS Office, GeM, CPPP, and eProcurement portals
πΌ Experience: 3β7 years
β Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
β Experience in tender management, proposal writing, and contract handling
The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a technical understanding of geotechnical investigations, design consultancy, and construction services, and proven experience in tendering, proposal writing, and client engagement.
π Bachelorβs Degree in Civil Engineering / Business / Management (mandatory)
β Ability to work independently and meet targets
β Strong understanding of geotechnical, structural, or civil project domains
πΌ 3β7 years of experience in business development / project bidding / client acquisition in the infrastructure or engineering sector
π MBA in Marketing or Project Management (preferred)
