Solid Waste Intern

• Field Sampling: Working in the field at our client facilities to collect groundwater, soil, or gas samples.
• Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to waste management operations, such as waste generation, collection, and recycling rates.
• Report Generation: Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and project progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Client Support: Work closely with clients to understand their unique waste management challenges, offering technical solutions and recommendations to address their specific needs.
• Construction Quality Assurance: Assist in overseeing the construction of waste systems such as landfill/impoundment liner systems, cover systems, or the clean out of waste facilities.

• A good working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, construction documents and technical knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/360 tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project, etc.)
• Willingness to perform field assignments and ability to drive to locations within Colorado.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
