Billing Analyst

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, payment posting, and account reconciliation within a high-volume healthcare environment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, proficiency with billing systems and spreadsheets, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and patients to resolve discrepancies.

• Monitor and analyze aging reports to track outstanding balances and identify trends.
• Reconcile patient accounts, identify billing errors, and ensure prompt resolution of discrepancies.
• Support month-end close processes, including revenue reporting and reconciliation.
• Verify insurance coverage and coordinate with payers to confirm claim status and payment posting.
• Collaborate with finance, patient services, and insurance teams to maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
• Prepare, review, and submit medical billing statements and claims for services rendered.

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• 2+ years of billing, accounting, or healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, insurance processes, and payment reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel and billing software
