The Digital Lead – MSCOE (M2 Band) is based in Gurugram and reports to the Group Operations Lead, Digital Marketing. This full‑time manager role works the 1‑10 pm IST shift and leads the Marketing Services Centre of Excellence. The position is responsible for overseeing a multi‑disciplinary digital team that delivers AEM website management, marketing automation, analytics, SEO, paid media, and social media.
The role partners closely with global and regional marketing teams, business stakeholders, and product owners to translate strategies into scalable digital execution. It ensures governance of web content, MarTech platforms, and campaign quality while driving analytics, insights, and continuous process improvement.
- Lead a cross‑functional digital team of 70‑80 members across AEM website management, Eloqua automation, analytics, SEO, paid media, and social media.
- Serve as primary liaison for global and regional marketing, translating strategies into operational digital plans and ensuring clear timelines and scope.
- Govern AEM content publishing, component usage, SLAs, and maintain high‑quality website standards.
- Oversee Eloqua campaign builds, workflows, segmentation, and quality assurance to meet global MarTech standards.
- Direct execution of SEO, SEM, social publishing, and paid media trafficking, applying best practices and performance monitoring.
- Lead web analytics, tagging, dashboard creation, and insights generation to improve campaign effectiveness and compliance.
- Establish and enforce SOPs, QA processes, documentation, and continuous improvement for digital delivery.
- Coach, upskill, and manage performance of the digital team, identifying skill gaps and fostering innovation.

Candidates should have 16‑20 years of experience in digital marketing operations, with deep expertise in at least two core areas such as AEM, Eloqua, SEO, paid media, analytics, or social media. Experience managing large, multi‑skilled teams in a global or COE environment and strong stakeholder management at senior levels are essential.
Preferred technical skills include Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle Eloqua or comparable marketing automation platforms, Google and Adobe analytics, tagging tools, SEO and paid‑media platforms, social publishing solutions, and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
The role demands strong communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration, with a bias for action, quality, and operational rigor. Success will be measured by on‑time high‑quality execution, operational efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, team development, and improved campaign performance.

- Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics; Google Tag Manager and UTM frameworks.
- SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog); paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DSPs).
- Social publishing tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite) and dashboarding (Tableau, PowerBI).
