We are looking for a Change Manager to lead the people, communication and engagement components of this project. The role will work closely with Finance, Operations, Technology and our national village network to ensure changes are well understood, adopted and embedded.
Levande is transforming the retirement living experience for older Australians. With a national network of villages and a strong purpose-led mission, we’re modernising our systems, processes and ways of working to deliver greater accuracy, confidence and consistency for residents and frontline teams. As part of this work, we are undertaking a key billing automation project and are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support this critical transition.
A prior ERP implementation created challenges in billing accuracy and stakeholder trust. The ability to rebuild confidence, both internally and externally, will be an important part of this role.
This is a practical, delivery-focused contract role for a period of six months, requiring someone confident working at pace, managing competing priorities and supporting teams through change fatigue.
