Ensure all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Oversee the coordination and communication with subcontractors, including scope review, contract management, and documentation.
Assist in managing project closeouts and final inspections, ensuring all tasks are completed to satisfaction.
Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
Develop and manage the project schedule using MS Project, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed efficiently.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site, ensuring smooth coordination between all parties involved.
Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets established standards and specifications.
Lead the on site operations for MEPs, scheduling, and execution of MEP projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
Maintain project directories and documentation in Procore, including project home pages, contacts, and logs.

Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing the MEPs for new construction projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external clients.

Knowledge of New York's building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
