  • Operate rigging and hoisting equipment and ensure safe lifting practices.
  • Climb communication towers and perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at elevations exceeding 300 feet.
  • Interpret and work from construction drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working conditions.
  • Maintain clear communication with project managers, foremen, and field supervisors.
  • Install antennas, coax, fiber, mounts, grounding, and other wireless equipment.
  • Follow all OSHA, industry, and company safety guidelines and ensure crew compliance.
  • Complete job site documentation, including photos, safety checklists, and close-out reports.

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience testing and splicing fiber optic cable.
  • Equipment certifications (crane, lift, skid loader, etc.).
  • Must be able to travel Nationwide for extended periods (70% or more of the time, including overnights).
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and use of hand/power tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work long shifts on remote job sites.
  • Proficiency in RF and LTE technology installation and troubleshooting.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Valid driver’s license with no history of DUI or major traffic violations.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in extreme environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain).
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
  • NWSA or equivalent tower climbing certification.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard test equipment (Anritsu, PIM, sweep testing).
  • First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Ability to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within a defined timeframe.
