Procurement Coordinator

Description

• Investigates preferred vendor arrangements and assists with Master Framework Agreement negotiations and business implementation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors,
• Work on major HV infrastructure and renewable projects that contribute to creating a sustainable future
• Assist project teams with the development, issue and management of RFQ’s and RFT’s, including assessment of Procurement response criteria
• Actively participate in CPP’s Modern Slavery Committee and conduct supply chain mapping
• Lead and manage all new vendor registration pre-qualifications

Requirements

• Demonstrated extensive experience in key stakeholder and vendor relationship management
• Prior experience in Procurement or similar will be highly regarded
• Based in any of our CPP offices - Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane
• Choice between an iPhone or Samsung mobile
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Experience within the renewable energy industry or similar
• High level organisation and attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced skills with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
