As our Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll be part of our People & Culture team - learning how we attract, engage, and hire amazing people who share our mission. You’ll play a key role in making sure candidates have a positive experience, from the moment they apply through to joining us at Good Energy.
Our office is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. For this role, we're looking for candidates who can come in to our Chippenham office, once a week.

We offer both formal and informal flexible working options. Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
This is a development role, so you don’t need to have previous recruitment experience; we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Alongside hands-on experience, we’ll sponsor you to complete your CIPD Level 3 qualification, building your skills and knowledge in HR and recruitment.
