Description

Provide customer training on lighting system controls.
Process and communicate change orders to the Musco team.
Approve invoices and coordinate final billing with the Credit Department.
Define and develop Musco’s scope of work for each project.
Create and evaluate Request for Quotations (RFQs) for subcontractors.
Collaborate with sales representatives on pre-sale site visits as needed.
Commission lighting systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
Oversee on-site installation and manage subcontractors.
Conduct final inspections and deliver project close-out reports.
Coordinate the delivery, storage, and installation of Musco lighting systems.
Provide technical support during installation and commissioning.

Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus.
Ability to interpret and understand project specifications, construction, and electrical drawings.
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic AutoCAD skills are a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with equivalent experience in the electrical field will also be considered.
High level of professionalism and commitment to quality work.
Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.
Experience using Microsoft Project is preferred.
Strong understanding of communication networks and lighting system integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; energetic and team-oriented.
Willingness to travel, with 130-150 travel days per year (2-4 overnight stays per week on average).
