Lead initiatives for cost reduction and process improvement across the supply chain.
Manage inventory, logistics, and delivery schedules, leveraging ERP for visibility and efficiency.
Resolve disputes and provide supply chain input to solution sales teams.
Manage ERP system setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization to support supply chain workflows (e.g., supplier master data, purchase orders, contract management, inventory tracking).
Lead procurement of BESS, cells, modules, battery racks, inverters, PCS, transformers, controllers, skid integrators, and contract manufacturers.
Implement procurement strategies that balance cost, schedule, and compliance.
Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
Create RFPs, evaluate and select ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
Negotiate supply agreements and project orders, focusing on cost competitiveness, delivery terms, and service-level agreements.
Maintain cost and supplier performance databases.
Ensure alignment with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, new vendors, and tariff/market risks.
Manage change orders, contract compliance, and accurate ERP record-keeping.
Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions.
Provide regular reporting on procurement performance, cost savings, and market trends.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize material flow and prevent bottlenecks.
Develop demand and supply plans aligned with business and project needs.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships that align with Qcells’ strategic goals.
Conduct and manage supplier pre-qualification, audits, and onboarding.

Able to identify, investigate and solve problems that arise in timely manner
Ability to work autonomously in a fast pace, professional, team environment with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and in support of project schedules and other deadlines
Knowledge in contract management
Required experience in: BESS, Inverter, PCS, transformers, Skid integrators etc.
Experience in conducting supplier reviews and evaluation, and maintaining good business relationships
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in solar and/or construction field project at the project size of over $15M in procurement of equipment/material or subcontracting
Preferred experience in Solar or Renewable Energy
Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement and contract management
Computer literacy with an advance knowledge on Microsoft office including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Change order management experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Confidence communicator and ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization
