Designing and implementation of the processes and procedures necessary for the establishment and sustainment of construction sites throughout the project lifecycles of construction projects.
Protecting the operation of the wider estate site by ensuring that activities do not impact the day-to-day operation of the estate.
Managing mobilisation and demobilisation of project applying systematic planning and communication to achieve success.
Managing/developing procurement and management of complex contracts.
Managing/developing control of costs; risk; schedule and change and proficient in the use of earned value tools.
Managing/developing close out of commercial claims and the associated negotiations.
Producing employer’s requirements to inform the procurement and of contracts and ensure that the operations of contractors align with the requirements of the construction logistics methodology and framework.
Ensuring contractor resource levels are constantly reviewed and maintained at appropriate levels.

Degree and chartered status in an engineering, construction, physics, or other related field.
Knowledge and/or practitioner of project management with experience of applying either; APM body of knowledge and OGC's Prince2.
