Strong communication skills and a calm, patient demeanor are essential.
Preferred experience includes work in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or property management, as well as certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or maintenance‑related credentials. Familiarity with nurse call systems, access control, building automation, and safety regulations in senior living is a plus.
