Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Radiation Protection, and Procurement teams to ensure situational awareness and alignment on outage schedules.
Work with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve operational issues and implement modifications.
Provide technical support and guidance to I&C team members as needed.
Lead and supervise I&C maintenance activities as per the planned schedule.
Lead the development and implementation of scheduling processes, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
Train and mentor junior technicians and team members on I&C systems maintenance and operations.
Support outage planning, execution, and post-outage evaluations related to valves.
Develop and implement work packages, procedures, and schedules for I&C activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the preparation, planning, execution, and closeout of all related work packages to meet outage milestones.
