Additional training or certification in CRM systems, project management, data analytics, or process improvement (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Lean Six Sigma, PMP) is considered an asset.
Proven track record in process automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Leasing, Finance, and Customer Experience.
5+ years of experience in CRM management, business systems operations, revenue operations, or a related technical/analytical role.
