Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to manage daily production planning, material flow, and inventory control in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role ensures that production schedules align with customer demand, supplier availability, and internal operational goals.

  • Track inventory levels, adjust orders, and update production data to prevent shortages.
  • Analyze production efficiency and report on schedule adherence and performance.
  • Issue and manage purchase and shop orders through an ERP system (preferably IFS).
  • Coordinate work-in-progress and finished goods planning across multiple production areas.
  • Develop, publish, and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, and Customer Service to resolve supply or scheduling issues.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
