Maintain and update alerts for various resources.
Establish runbooks and procedures to maintain service level agreements on a global basis.

Excellent skills in monitoring, tracing, profiling, and diagnosing distributed software services, system internals, databases, and transactions on the cloud with inherit ability to quickly grasp and logically resolve complex technical issues.

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent skills in analyzing and depicting patterns and trends from data collected from multiple sources.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell or programing languages such as Java, C#.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an ability to collaborate within a team environment and with cross-functional peers to support Crestron initiatives.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science.
Strong skill in defining meaningful and achievable Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Strong skill in implementing and using Cloud based Monitoring, Data Collection, Logging, Visualization, Tracing, Dependency and Code Profiling tools like the following (but not limited to) azure monitoring, azure application insights, Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, Dynatrace etc.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to master new technology concepts quickly.
Must possess strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.
Azure PAAS services such as AKS, Dockers, App Services, IOTHUB, Event hub, Azure Functions, Azure service fabric, Redis Cache, Cosmos DB etc.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as you will be working with cross functional teams.
