Developing, implementing and maintaining the project Quality Management System
Supporting site teams to meet industry standards, specifications and project requirements
Leading internal audits and coordinating external audit activity
Reviewing ITPs, method statements and quality documentation
Monitoring NCRs, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Providing coaching and training to site teams on best practice
Managing document trails, evidence records and compliance reports
Ensuring processes meet ISO standards and client expectations
Working closely with engineering, construction and HSEQ teams to resolve quality issues efficiently

Proven experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality role within construction, rail or civil engineering.
Strong understanding of quality systems, auditing and compliance
