Site Quality Inspector

Description

• Lead continuous improvements by sharing feedback and lessons learned for each load-out with the Global Supply Chain.
• Record, report, and resolve non-conformities arising during inspections.
• Conduct inspections according to Site Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate inspection readiness for main components in collaboration with site teams.
• Serve as the main contact with customer QA/QC representatives during receival and load-out inspections.
• Collaborate with the Document Control Team and manage site documentation.
• Implement the Project & Site Quality Plan and support procedures at the work site.
• Report concerns related to the preservation of main components against acceptance criteria.
• Review and approve Method Statement & Risk Assessment Checklist and other Quality Records prior to load-out and final walkdown.
• Ensure documentation is completed in parallel to the operations and shared with Client in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program to ensure a safe work environment.
• Support completions, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning teams in validating closure of outstanding works and punch list items.

Requirements

• Technical/engineering education and qualification in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Familiarity with site safety and quality standards, with understanding of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
• Self-motivated and organized individual with a proactive approach to work.
• GWO Training Certification is highly desirable.
• Experience as an onshore/offshore wind inspector within quality engineering or commissioning organizations.
• Knowledge of fabrication/assembly/NDT/coatings techniques and HV electrical systems.
