  • Apply existing experience or proactively upskill in Microsoft Fabric and Data Engineering to support future initiatives in data integration, analytics, and enterprise data solutions.
  • Deliver robust, scalable and secure MuleSoft-based integration solutions that seamlessly connect diverse systems (e.g., Airport Operational Systems, SaaS applications, and third-party platforms), meeting business requirements and achieving 100% uptime and performance targets.
  • Proactively manage and optimise the platform and architecture of MuleSoft CloudHub, Solace PubSub+, and Globalscape EFT.
  • Provide innovation leadership around integration through collaboration with external partners and vendors.
  • Lead a small team of Integration Specialists, committed to developing the team in a learning culture and supporting their career goals
  • Maintain, enhance and enforce integration governance standards and best practices, delivering measurable improvements in performance, scalability, and maintainability across all projects.
  • Establish and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, resulting in reduced release cycles. Zero deployment failures, and consistent adherence to automated testing and code quality standards.
  • Drive collaboration with stakeholders to produce high-quality technical documentation and reusable integration assets, enabling faster onboarding and reducing development time.
  • Provide strong technical leadership (internally and externally) and negotiate outcomes with technical stakeholders.

  • MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or Platform Architect certifications.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions involving Airport Operational Systems, SaaS-based Business applications (e.g. Workday, ServiceNow ITSM, Microsoft Dynamics, Asset Management Systems) and third-party platforms belonging to Airlines or Airservices Australia.
  • High level of interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building, negotiation and effective delivery,
  • Experience with Solace PubSub+, Globalscape EFT, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD automation.
  • Preferable consulting experience and ability to work with internal and external partners.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines, enforce development standards, and drive integration governance.
  • Skilled in platform administration, including license management, access provisioning, upgrades and performance monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, RESTful servuces, RAML, and DataWeave.
  • 8+ years of enterprise integration experience, including 5+ years in MuleSoft development (CloudHub and Anypoint Platform).
  • Experience in Microsoft Fabric and Data Engineering will be highly regarded.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead integration design and delivery across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating across teams.
  • Familiar with integration patterns, security protocols (OAuth2), SAML) and troubleshooting in MuleSoft CloudHub.
