ACCOUNT MANAGER

Description

• - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
• - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
• - Understand clients' needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
• - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• - Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions

Requirements

• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• - Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
• - Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the construction industry
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
