- Support senior leaders with meetings attendance and involvement in group activities
- Interface with industrial partners, technical leads, and government leadership as required to support efficient and effective operations within the group
- Provide support in tasks related to program planning, cost analysis, and financial management; assist in budget review and database update
- Work closely with the senior leaders on contract execution and delivery to the customer while performing at target revenue and profit levels
- Assist in assigned tasks related to contract execution to include but not limited to program management reviews, budget development, program schedule development and updates, project documentation updates

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related discipline
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities by levels of importance and suspense dates
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- 3-5 years applicable support for program/portfolio management
- 3-5 years business management support to include cost/schedule performance management
- Master’s degree in Business Management
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance is required for this position
- Experience delivering services support to DoD customers
