Benefits include medical, prescription drug, vision, and dental coverage at no cost, a 401(k) plan with a generous match, paid time off and holidays, employer‑paid life, AD&D, and disability insurance, as well as mental‑health tools, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, and a gym membership discount.
