• Oversee BIM coordination and resolve interdisciplinary drawing conflicts.

Requirements

JLL is seeking an experienced Project Lead Design Controller to oversee and coordinate design management activities across multiple commercial real‑estate projects. This role blends project leadership with technical design oversight, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements, budget constraints, and timeline expectations while maintaining JLL’s quality standards.

The position is based on‑site in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a scheduled 48 hours per week. It requires occasional travel to project sites and client meetings, and some evening or weekend work may be necessary to meet project deadlines.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Possess 7–10 years of commercial real‑estate design and project‑management experience.
• Proficient in project‑management software, BIM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning, accessibility standards, and construction methods.
