The Service Coordinator assists with resident move‑in and move‑out processes within multi‑family communities, handling extensive customer interaction and scheduling maintenance, vendor, and contractor work. This role ensures service requests and work orders are completed promptly while upholding Liberty Military Housing’s quality and customer‑satisfaction standards.
- Schedule and conduct pre‑move‑in, pre‑move‑out, and final home inspections.
- Order and coordinate vendor services and create related purchase orders.
- Maintain make‑ready boards to track and distribute work accurately.
- Assign and schedule maintenance requests with the maintenance team.
- Communicate move‑out charges and inspection results to residents.
- Generate and close work orders for maintenance and make‑readies.
- Monitor water intrusion issues, issue notices, and follow up with residents.
- Perform resident follow‑ups after services are completed to ensure satisfaction.
- Address customer‑service concerns from Satisfacts surveys.
- Update and maintain system logs such as Keytrak, pest‑control, and vendor records.
- Handle administrative tasks, email communications, and data entry in Yardi, Payscan, and other platforms.
- Distribute resident notices, including 3‑day notices and other maintenance‑related communications.
- Participate in property walks and inspections of grounds, common areas, and community rooms.
- Operate a company or personal vehicle to travel to various work locations.
- Provide flexible availability for weekends, off‑hours, emergencies, and regional travel.
- Participate in a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
