Lead the proposal development process including Statement of Qualifications, Technical Proposals and Presentations
Serve as AECOMs primary point of contact with clients, and continually considering how clients can best be served by AECOM and ensuring high-quality service is provided.
Develop marketing and client capture strategies.
Ensure public sector clients become a sustainable source of repeat business.
Identify upcoming municipal infrastructure pursuits with emphasis on the municipal water/wastewater/conveyance markets that are consistent with AECOMs water business line and growth strategy.
Manage, support and/or lead project teams on the design of water and sanitary sewer conveyance systems; municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities; infrastructure condition assessment and rehabilitation; master planning, and other studies.
Monitor client satisfaction and addresses performance issues.
Regularly meet with client staff from multiple levels of the client’s organization to obtain feedback on AECOM's performance and identify opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Familiarity and experience in Project Management and Contract Administration and complex work environment
Exceptional technical skills and experience managing/delivering municipal infrastructure projects would be an asset
Degree in Civil or related Engineering discipline preferred
Experience in the full spectrum of client service, starting with positioning activities, proposal development, and delivery of project designs.

Proven water, wastewater or conveyance planning, design, and/or construction experience.
Must have business development experience and knowledge in at least one of the following: water or wastewater treatment, conveyance systems, planning studies, condition assessments, rehabilitation and repair projects
Proven track record with client account management, relationship development, brand elevation, project pursuit execution, and engineering/technical sales.
P.Eng designation is an asset
Understand AECOMs obligations on current client contracts.
