Manage oversight review of the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) design, fabrication, and operation during tunneling.
Monitor tunneling progress, ground conditions, and excavation parameters.
Review geotechnical and structural monitoring data.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tunneling works according to project specifications.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to challenges encountered during tunneling operations.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and reports on TBM operations.
Implement safety protocols and quality control measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
Represent the Construction Management team during Daily Construction Meetings with the Contractor.
Participate in the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects, office and field engineering assignments including review of plans, schedules, contracts, procedures, and construction methods.
Manage oversight review of detail design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of precast concrete tunnel lining segments.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Tunneling experience, specifically in pressurized face TBM mining, precast concrete segmental lining, and cross passage construction.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
