As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician you will join the Operations Maintenance Team, repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, and installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment throughout our facilities.
The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components, work‑order management, inventory tracking, mentorship of junior staff, and strong communication across the operation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least two years’ experience with material handling or conveyor systems, predictive and preventative maintenance, and ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics, plus proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in mechanical or electrical fields, knowledge of MHE safety standards, and experience with robotic operation and basic I/O troubleshooting.
The position requires physical ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb ladders, use aerial lifts, lift up to 50 lb, and wear required PPE. Work involves frequent movement across departments, exposure to varying warehouse temperatures, and computer use for work‑order documentation.
