Define and implement bid strategies aligned with business objectives and client needs.
To own and lead the full bid life cycle for major projects, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
Liaise with internal departments (design, commercial, operations, legal, etc.) and external partners to gather input and ensure alignment.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with bids, ensuring commercial and contractual compliance.
Oversee the preparation of compelling, compliant, and tailored bid documents, including written content, visuals, and pricing.
Present bids to clients in virtual meetings or face-to-face presentations, articulating value propositions and technical solutions.
Direct communication with MD/CEO and staff satisfaction surveys.
Collaborate with estimators to develop accurate, competitive pricing and commercial submissions.
Conduct post-bid reviews and lessons learned to refine future bid processes and strategies.
