Customer Advocate

Description

The Customer Advocate serves as the single point of contact for the customer lifecycle, ensuring swift resolution of escalations, building loyalty and enhancing responsiveness across sales, service, warranty, training, safety, legal and engineering functions.

• Own aftermarket issues across departments to achieve resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver prompt, consistent, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels.
• Provide troubleshooting and parts assistance for Oshkosh Defense products.
• Communicate status and resolutions to senior management through presentations and weekly reports.
• Analyze trends and advise on product improvements and reliability.
• Track and distribute field bulletins, safety campaigns and other service notices.
• Support sales objectives and aid marketing with parts and program communication.
• Participate in continuous training to maintain product knowledge and technical proficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications: bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least three years of relevant experience; ability to travel as needed.
• Preferred qualifications: ability to read engineering prints, hydraulic and electrical schematics; proficiency with AWP or TMH products; strong problem‑solving skills.
