Develop proficiency in the international portion of Corptax software and in managing/acquiring data in software systems.
Manage voluminous information gathering including:
Help update, distribute and coordinate receipt of foreign subsidiary tax packages and foreign tax returns.
Help analyze intercompany transactions, cash repatriation, and foreign tax payments.
Update and communicate with the team on various foreign exchange rates.
Analyze company financial data, preparation of book-to-tax adjustments and completion of annual US tax filings for foreign affiliates.
Help prepare quarterly provision workpapers such as interest and royalty estimates.
Preparation of responses to IRS queries.
Maintain current knowledge of the tax laws in assigned areas.
Develop and maintain Corporate and SBU contacts and work with outside consultants.

Strong communication (written and oral) and teamwork skills
Be proactive in process and technology updates and improvements.
PC and Microsoft applications (Word and Excel) skills are encouraged
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
1+ years of corporate income tax experience (internal PPG financial accounting experience will be considered as a substitute)
Corptax, Hyperion, Oracle, SAP, and Alteryx experience a plus
