Responsible for planning, managing and resolving customer requests and inquiries related to the operations that occur at a facility which may include facilities planning, design, construction, allocation of offices and furniture, food services, janitorial, landscaping, move services and maintenance or repair activities.
Supervise third-party contractors during onsite work, including after-hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and facility operations.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services, Facilities Management, Estate Management, or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP.
