Description

• Conduct site audits and analysis; deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to project staff and stakeholders.
• Assist Field Engineers and Superintendents with daily tasks.
• Track quantities and analyze productivity to maximize operational efficiency.
• Perform quantity take‑offs from construction drawings as needed.
• Review completed work for quality and detail.
• Communicate project schedule updates to staff and delegates.
• Monitor progress and help prepare job cost reports for management.
• Provide data for month‑end reconciliation.
• Maintain files and correspondence for active and completed projects.
• Offer technical support to field staff, craft workers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in preparation, review, and approval of engineering drawings and related documents.
• Gather field information and help prepare project bills of materials.
• Contribute to detailed construction and design estimates.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Currently enrolled in a university or technical college program in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience in the construction industry (strong asset).
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, materials, and standards.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam (asset).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Highly motivated work ethic and willingness to complete tasks correctly.
• Ability to access all points of a construction site in varied climates.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.
• Willingness to relocate or travel for the position.

Benefits
