Initiate the process of getting certified as approved vendor by Consultants, Private Customers, Government Agencies
To adhere to all Company processes and procedures
Establish an analytical screening process for the project enquiry in the region
Preparation of Weekly & Monthly reports for management review
To be aware of, and adhere to, all Health & Safety laws & guidelines relevant to your role and to the safety of your colleagues, visitors and external partners.
Ensure timely Collection of payment from Clients and Accounts Reconciliation

Handled > 10-12 Cr business order intake volume annually for at least 2 to 3 years

Ability to manage customer.
Ability to continuously drive and lead change in the respective organizations – across BUs, functions and cultures
Engineering Degree
Exposure to multi-culture and international organizations is preferred
knowledge about technical tendering of heat exchanger
At least 8-10 years related experience in Front End Sales of which minimum 5 years of experience in either Heat Transfer Equipment
10-12 days in a month travelling for business purpose
Self-motivated and target driven - proactive and enthusiastic with good attention to detail and willingness to take ownership
Work experience in transportation, heavy & light Industry
Adequate Commercial Knowledge
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
Very good coordination, organized and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment
Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through dialogue, communication, transparency and integration – you know how to establish and develop successful relations with customers (Externally and Internally)
Technical interest and flair is preferred
Adequate Technical and Commercial Knowledge of the business
Ability to analyze information and develop strategies
Good analytical and problem solving skills are required
