- Perform repairs for homeowners, including roofing, gutters, and siding as defined in the scope of work.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project.
- Estimate required materials and labor for each job.
- Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergency calls.
- Prepare and collect invoices upon job completion.
- Identify additional repair needs such as gutters or windows.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Work two Saturdays per month during peak season (March‑November).

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 5%.
- Pass a background check.
- Able to lift 50 lb and safely work at heights on roofs.
- Military service is a plus; industry experience preferred but not required (training provided).

Compensation combines a base salary with commission, offering earnings potential of $70,000+ per year. Employees receive medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as company‑paid life insurance, short‑term disability, and a 401(k) plan. Paid time off, vacation, holidays, and company‑provided phone, truck, and fuel are also included.
