As a Service Business Officer you will be accountable for delivering accurate financial forecasts for aftermarket contracts, providing analytical support to commercial and other functions, and leading process‑improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the Service Business Manager and collaborate with multiple functions to forecast profitability of Total Care, Flex, SelectCare and Fixed‑Price Over‑Haul offerings, as well as engine overhaul and spare‑parts sales.
The role requires strong Microsoft Excel skills, project‑management, forecasting, analysis and communication abilities. Experience with total‑care contracts, confidence in reading financial statements and profit‑and‑loss reports, and a background in process improvement are desirable.
